This retreat is currently offered as a women-only experience.
This choice reflects the nature of the work and the group dynamic we wish to create for this specific retreat. This is not from a place of exclusion but rather the decision was guided by the intention of the retreat as it unfolded over time.
Retreat Program
Our thoughtfully curated program includes daily activities that will offer YOU the opportunity to let your body unwind, untangle from being in your head and on devices regularly & encourage connection to your higher consciousness, intuition and find some peace within.
The Beginning... Friday 11th
Check-in is from 4pm
if you arrive earlier there is the option to leave your bags in the Quinta whilst you relax by the pool.
- An orientation of the Quinta and the various areas will be around 5pm to give you time to settle in.
- Dinner on Friday evening is at 6pm-7pm
The Welcoming Circle - Friday evening @ 7.30pm
We will begin by Opening the Retreat as a "landing session" - setting the tone for the event and including some ritual to open the space.

NON residential option available:
We have opened up a couple of spaces available for any women who live locally to Lagos, who might like to join us for the retreat but find it makes sense to attend only for the day.
If you would like to find out about a Non-residential option please message me directly.

The cost is €500 and covers the workshops - a goody bag - dinner Friday and Monday night - lunch on Saturday Sunday and Monday. You can add on additionally to join us for breakfasts or Saturday dinner for additional costs.
All-inclusive experience
Enjoy a worry-free retreat with our *all-inclusive package.
Your stay includes all activities, delicious meals (except Sunday dinner, we left that for you to explore Lagos).
Please let us know in advance of any food requirements, particularly allergies or preferences if Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten intolerant etc.
